GoSZ is the website operator for this service. This policy explains how we use information submitted through the GoSZ website.

Information we collect

When you request an initial consultation, we collect your nickname, WhatsApp number, travel date and number of travelers. When you click a WhatsApp link, we record the page and button used, the time, referral domain and campaign tags when available. We use the visitor IP address to estimate a broad city or region for the notification; this estimate may be inaccurate and is not precise device location. We do not include the raw IP address in the WhatsApp click notification.

How we use your information

We use your consultation details to understand your trip, contact you, suggest a tailored itinerary and confirm any agreed service. We use analytics information to understand website visits and conversion performance.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Consultation details may be processed by the service providers used to deliver messages, analytics or website hosting. For the approximate location estimate, the visitor IP address is sent to IPWhois (ipwho.is) for lookup; the returned city, region and country may be included in the click notification delivered through our configured email or Feishu channel. The application keeps a keyed hash of the IP address temporarily in memory for rate limiting and repeat lookups; location results expire after six hours, and rate-limit hashes are cleaned periodically after their time window expires. The application does not keep the raw IP in the notification service payload or a persistent application database. We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service records, security and legal obligations.

If you choose to contact GoSZ through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
