These terms describe the basic use of the GoSZ website and consultation service.

What GoSZ provides

GoSZ provides custom private guide services and practical local support for visitors to Shenzhen. Support may include itinerary suggestions, private local guiding, translation help, transport guidance, payment guidance and other agreed travel assistance.

Consultation and confirmation

The initial consultation is a conversation about your dates, group size and travel ideas. A submitted form does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Availability, itinerary, service scope, price and meeting details must be discussed and confirmed before service begins.

Visitor responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate travel details, holding the documents and permissions required for your trip, and following applicable laws and venue rules. Travel conditions, opening hours, transport and payment services can change, so plans may need practical adjustments.

Third-party services

GoSZ may link to or help you understand third-party services such as WhatsApp, transport, payment platforms, venues or booking systems. Those services have their own terms, availability and fees.
